1: How much of your leisure time do you spend in front of screens: television, computer, smartphone, etc.?

2: How often do you experience anxiety or stress?

3: How often do you study or make mental efforts as part of your work, daily routine or leisure?

4: Do you ride motorcycles, gamble, practice extreme sports, or engage in illegal activities?

5: Do you frequent areas where one can find smog, exhaust, factories, mines, garbage dumps or other forms of pollution?

6: Do you go to sleep between 8 pm and midnight, sleep 7–8 hours a day, and maintain this regime 7 days a week?

7: Do you work up to 30 hours a week (A), between the hours of 7 am to 9 pm (B), and go on vacation at least three times a year (C)?

Do you eat at least three meals a day (+1), don’t skip breakfast (+1), don’t eat before bedtime (+1), and rarely consume food that is fried, fatty, sugary, or flour-based (+4)?
